Where do I start?
You will get connected to the Dilo discussion space, reconnect with your triads, and say hello. You will begin reviewing and planning.

Week 2
Sept 2-Sept 8
Last week we asked you “What were one or two challenges that you thought you would like to implement with your students?”
Where do I get my ideas? How do I make them happen?
You need to think about putting those thoughts into an actionable plan. You will prepare an implementation plan and begin getting feedback from your triad and your Dilo group.
Question of the Week: What is one thing that surprised or challenged you about putting your ideas into an implementation plan?

Week 3

How can we support each other?
Some of you will still be preparing your implementation plans. Some of you will be ready to submit them to your Dilo group for sharing after your triad has reviewed them.

Week 4

What did your students say?
Some of you will have already implemented a challenge. You will share your implementation framework with student feedback to your Dilo group.
Question of the Week: If you have already implemented a challenge with your students, what was one thing that surprised you the most?
If you haven’t yet implemented a challenge, what is your biggest fear about implementing your challenge?
NOTE: This week's hangout is cancelled in honor of Mexico's Independence Day.
Week 5
Sept 23 - Sept 29
What can you can you teach/share with other professors based on what you are learning?
You continue to work with your triads and Dilo group for support and feedback for your implementations. We will also ask if there is anybody who would like to do an Online Studio on a relevant learner centred learning topic or mobile technology.

How am I doing?
Continue to work with your triads a for support and feedback for your implementations/experiments.
Thought for the Week: just trying something new is an important step, and if it doesn't work, you've still accomplished a goal in this Diploma. So don't be afraid to try, and look to the Hangouts, to Dilo, and to Comparte for inspiration.

We heard from about five architecture students talking about their experience of sharing their work via twitter -- see the #arqconcept tag. There was also some really powerful messages at the end by all three professors.
